The idea is to register a company in Canada, call it culture and business development service limited( similar type), then open a rep office in China, the service includes provide ESL teachers to Chinese high schools and elementary schools, to organized Chinese visit groups to Canada, arrange trainings, trade shows etc. for Chinese groups from all walks of life. Also, we are trying to find more advanced western business ideas and operation methods which we can utilized and export to China, a very successful case is Ctrip company, it started in 1999 by an American Chinese who has lived in America for a few years, he brought the modern western idea of agent service and developed a business of providing hotel booking, air flight booking etc, the company started from zero and expanded so fast, in less than three years, it’s on the Nasdaq. There are a lot of successful cases showing as long as we can find right “ product”, the market in China is huge. Also, as we are all aware of the fact that in order to do business well in China, good communication with government is crucial. Du Jin and I are contacting relevant government persons to get a detailed information regarding how to operate the business we want to develop. First thing we decide to do is to register a company in Canada, I got your email regarding the Inc. and Sole or Partnership, I think Inc. probably makes sense in a long run, what is your opinion.
