Introduction

   Founded in 1916, Xi’an Roast Duck Restaurant is a historical time-honored brand in China. As the very first roast duck shop in northwest China region, it has had a history of over 100 years and has grown into the largest and highest-grade roast duck shop with the most culture. It has won over 30 honors and titles, including “Famous Chinese Restaurant Brand”, “China 5A Green Restaurant”, “China’s Top 10 Health Preservation Restaurant”, and “Famous Brand in Shaanxi Province”. The “369 Roast Duck” shop run by the restaurant has been ranked as “Famous International Snack”. Its uniquely designed “Poem-based Duck Feast” and “Chang’an Roast Duck Feast” have been recognized as “Famous Chinese Feast” by China Cuisine Association and its duck dishes have also been honored as “Famous Chinese Dish”.
